YieldPlus is a private independent property management organisation, doing things just slightly different than others, we call this our ‘own wisdom’. What we do
We take care of financial administrative, technical and commercial management services for our clients. Accurate and on time management of service charges is our specialty. Perfect service levels, high quality and sustainability are key to us. We take away the burden of our clients, assuring peace of mind at all times.
We manage projects mainly in the area of construction and technical installations. Each of our project managers are specialist in their own field and know exactly which legislation belongs to their discipline. Selection of professional, local suppliers with the right skills and mentality is crucial.
Fixed Service Charges
Our unique Fixed Service Charges concept is as interesting for tenants as building owners. The agreed FSC-prices will never be higher than the actual costs. Tenants won’t be bothered anymore with unexpected charges retrospectively and owners do not need to pre-finance budget differences. The management and the risk will be taken over by YieldPlus.
We reduce our clients’ energy costs by monitoring real time energy levels and optimising technical installations. For the last 10 years we have been actively involved in reducing CO2 emissions in the building portfolios we manage. We invest in these properties ourselves and make them ‘greener’.
‘Buildings in balance’ , YieldPlus eliminates waste in buildings. We reduce energy consumption, reduce the use of fossil fuels and create awareness of waste in the building. That’s how we act against spillage. On top of that we strive to work with local suppliers, hence reducing kilometres we drive.

Sustainability with guts! Not just talking, but real actions. We invest in energy reduction projects ourselves. We demonstrate to our clients, tenants, suppliers and employees that we are leading by example. Within our organisation, we are on top of waste and stimulate the use of sustainable innovative solutions.
By working together with all parties involved, we will be able to achieve the climate targets set by our government. Office buildings got to have at least a Energylabel C in 2023 and label A in 2030 whilst reducing CO2 emissions drastically. We will guide our clients to support them to achieve their sustainability targets in the near future
Crystal clear communication is top on our list. We approach our clients pro-actively, provide fast feedback and are always at your service. Tenants can report breakdowns or other issues 24/7 to our professional servicedesk. YieldPlus is in control, provides updates and makes sure that serious problems and issues will be attended and solved asap.
