About us
YieldPlus is a private independent property management organisation, doing things just slightly different than others, we call this our ‘own wisdom’. We manage around 200 properties throughout the Netherlands and create ease of mind for our clients and tenants. You could enjoy our excellent service delivery at a fixed price. What we do
Project Management
Our project teams manages construction and technical installation projects. Our multi disciplined project managers each have their own expertise when it comes to legislation and specific knowledge of special regulations. We select our suppliers with care and prefer local companies based in the same region of the project.
Asset Management
We could also go one step beyond property management with our Asset Management Services. Even more frequent contact with tenants, tenant satisfaction surveys and full commercial management of the portfolio are part of our services. We will focus on reducing vacancy and optimising yields for our clients.
Management of service charges
We take care of the management and administration of your service charges, including procurement of supplier services, all (financial) adminstration and the service charge settlement at the end of the year. We are ven taking this one step further by offering Fixed Service Charges, whereby service charges are fixed for a full year or a number of years, look here for our film!
Financial Management
We take care of full financial admin services for the properties of most of our clients. This includes invoicing of lease contracts, debtor and creditor control, administration of service charges and VAT admin and filing.
Technical Management
Yield Plus will make sure that all necessary works will be carried out to keep our client’s buildings in perfect condition. Our role being your property manager, means that we are the first point of contact for breakdowns, (technical) problem solving and long term (CapEx) investment plans. Our technical manager is the contact for tenants and visits the properties frequently.
